Leydig Bryant is the founder and principal of Seren LLC. She holds an
MBA in Strategic Management from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania, consistently ranked as one of the world's top business
schools, and a BA in English from the University of Tennessee. She has
consulted with and facilitated for companies like The Coca-Cola
Company, BellSouth, Cingular Wireless, The Centers for Disease Control,
Boost Mobile, Eli Lilly, and ING. Kristin left a successful
corporate career with Ernst & Young Management Consulting (later
Cap Gemini), to found Seren. She brings her clients a rare combination
of business training and experience, creativity, and insight about
