Process Improvement

Through a tightly-focused, one-day session, your participants focus on a single business process. It be a high-level process (like "Marketing") or a very discrete process (like "Check Processing"). Maybe you need to cut through some bureaucracy, or improve communications between the upstream and downstream teams.

Seren breaks the process down into its parts, and helps you identify the issues and possibilities within each step. Creative solutions are identified and prioritized by effort and impact. The result is a prioritized list of actions to be taken.  Responsibilities are assigned, and an action plan created. This process was adapted from the world-famous Work-Out program developed at General Electric.
